From a young age, Mya-Rose was drawn to movement, wellness, and pushing the limits of what her body could achieve. Starting her journey as a competitive dancer, she quickly discovered the transformative power of fitness and began her CrossFit training at just 11 years old. Her passion for physical and mental strength grew as she explored different sports and disciplines, pushing herself to new heights through competitions and continuous learning.
But what truly ignited Mya-Rose’s purpose was the realization that fitness isn’t just about strength—it’s about empowering others to become the best versions of themselves. She witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that taking control of one’s health can have, and she made it her mission to help people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities unlock their full potential.
Mya-Rose’s coaching journey is as diverse as it is inspiring. She’s worked with clients from 3 to 93 years old, and whether it’s one-on-one coaching, group fitness classes, or specialized programs like pre/post-partum training, summer camps, and boot camps, her approach is always rooted in passion and compassion. Mya-Rose doesn’t just teach fitness—she teaches mindset, resilience, and the belief that anyone can achieve their goals with the right guidance and support.
Her path hasn’t been linear. After high school, Mya-Rose pursued her love for adventure and service by becoming a forest firefighter and a volunteer firefighter, all while continuing to prioritize her fitness. She quickly realized that staying fit wasn’t just about looking strong—it was about being strong, both physically and mentally, in every aspect of her life. This experience deepened her understanding of fitness as a holistic practice, one that prepares you for life’s challenges and empowers you to face them head-on.
Through years of dedication, growth, and hard work, Mya-Rose has developed a unique approach to fitness that goes beyond the gym. She believes in the power of consistency, mindset, and community, and her goal is to inspire others to take control of their fitness journey, no matter where they are starting from.
