As an acclaimed nutrition and fitness coach, Jen has transformed countless lives through her expertise and passion. She has played a pivotal role in shaping policies and processes across Ministry-funded food services, particularly in developing the robust school nutrition programs throughout Eastern Ontario.

Jen’s commitment extends far beyond physical health. She is a fervent advocate and ambassador for individuals with special needs, tirelessly championing their cause across the province. Her support for local food producers, farmers, and businesses underscores her belief in the connection between optimal health and supporting local business. Through her advocacy, she has ensured that all the programs she helps design are inclusive, promoting both physical and mental well-being as well as community growth.

Jen is passionate about promoting and coaching women’s health, holistic healing, and hormonal health, in addition to   working with seniors. She also emphasizes mobility and functional strength, ensuring the process is both fun and engaging. Jen is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge in all areas of health. Jen’s ongoing education in Psychology further fortifies her holistic approach to fitness and wellness.
